For the safety of our customers and the integrity of our self-care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened or used items
Personal care products (oils, balms, soaps, mists, soaks, candles)
Sale or promotional items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right.
If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product:
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@ayoma.shop.
Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
We will review and respond within 1–2 business days to arrange a replacement or credit if applicable.
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. After that time, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has entered fulfillment.
Refunds are issued only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
