Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products small-batch, personal care, and hygiene-based all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ayoma.shop with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Email us within 24 hours of purchase for updates or cancellations. Once processing has begun, changes can’t be made.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package can’t be found, please contact the carrier directly. While Ayoma isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll gladly help guide you through filing a claim or locating your shipment.
