Are Ayoma products made in-house?
Yes. Every Ayoma formula is developed and hand-crafted in our own studio never white label, never outsourced. Each product is created with intention, small-batch precision, and premium ingredients that honor your skin and senses.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods or new launches, processing may take up to 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free standard U.S. shipping is available on all orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal-care products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@ayoma.shop
within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet but we’re working on it. Join our mailing list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows “Delivered” but your order can’t be found, please contact the carrier directly. While Ayoma isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll gladly help guide you through locating or filing a claim.
Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes. All Ayoma formulations are cruelty-free, and most are vegan (with the exception of select products that contain ethically sourced beeswax).
Can I use Ayoma products on sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated with gentle, skin-loving ingredients. However, we recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. Ayoma is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients.
